Pumpkin Whoopie Pies with Cream cheese filling

I used the recipe from www.marthstewart.com
Though when I tried to find the pumpkin whoopie pie recipe, it was no longer there.  They do still have many chocolate whoopie cookies, and different variations of filling (peanut butter, plain, pumpkin, etc).

Tomato Pumpkin Soup Recipe

Easy-peasy!   I almost feel like Sandra Lee… this recipe is semi-homemade  =-)
Serves 2
Ingredients:
4-5 TBSP of Pumpkin Puree (I used Libby’s canned)
1 CAN Tomato soup (Campbell’s)
1 tsp butter
1/2 onion (I like purple)
seasoning (salt, pepper, allspice, chili powder…)

Since living here, I have lost some weight (walking up and down hills can actually do that you know).
